The Colony is back. Original Productions' groundbreaking series returns to The Discovery Channel for ten new episodes starting in August, 2010.

The Colony is a controlled experiment to see if 10 volunteers can survive inside a simulated post-apocalyptic environment for two months. A gritty, urban warehouse in downtown Los Angeles served as the setting for season one. This time, the series goes to the next level of disaster reality, on location in the South.

Like season one, the world as we know it no longer exists inside the Colony; no government, no power, no running water, no communications and a sense of no way out. But this season, the stakes will be higher.

If you consider yourself of strong character and think you have what it takes to participate and survive in an end of the world scenario, please apply.

We are seeking a diverse range of skill sets (book smarts and street smarts), back grounds and personality types.

This is a not competition series, this is for real.
