Everything is bigger in Texas; big risk, big reward and big characters, especially when drilling for crude. The oilmen risk millions of dollars to drill two miles into the Earth. The young roughnecks risk much more - their lives. Scorching heat, sudden lightning storms and heavy equipment put them at constant risk. But the oilman is putting up nearly a hundred grand a day to drill the well, so that bit has to keep turning. Will they strike it rich, or come up empty?
